Stages of implant treatment
Clinical and radiological examination
X-rays and/or 3D cone-beam dental scans are required. A prosthetic or surgical treatment plan and a detailed estimate will be given to you after the examination.
Dental implant placement
Performed under local anaesthetic, and where possible a temporary tooth is inserted.
Wait about 3 months for the bone to heal around the dental implant. During this period, a temporary prosthesis can be made.
Rediscovering pleasure
Now you can enjoy your new teeth to the full. All essential functions are once again present: the aesthetics of the smile, the masticatory function and the maintenance of facial features. Biting back makes perfect sense!
